I look at roids,tren,test, etc as stuff like alcohol and tobacco/nicotine in the way that it seems to be an accepted drug in society. They all kill you slowly, it’s widely accepted and socially ok, and you’re completely fine without it. Dunno why roids seem to be so accepted in American culture today - much more than it used to be even 10 years ago.
I disagree they are socially accepted. Often girls when interviewed say they wouldn't date a guy on steroids, not that they would necessarily know he is taking it, but they don't like the idea. Most people have a negative view of them. I won't be near anyone who is smoking.

Stay Natty. Keep training. Powerbuild. Do a bulk of if you're skinny. Ive gained 70 lbs since reaching full height. Best results have been in my late 20s and now 30s

590 is very respectable amount of weight and with good form and proper training the deadlift is not a dangerous exercise

yes it is very impressive, but chest and back on the same day?
@@shalom_-fk7hnand super sets, back and forth between back and chest but with about 60 seconds to 3 min in between. I usually train upper/ lower splits. Maximal rest for the working muscle yet saving time because you are training the antagonist during part of the rest break. Then I do bis and tris after, then delt raises
